New look and feel for the website

Needed a new look and feel for the website that would instantly give people a feel for who I am and what I do.
So I put in a header added some pics on there, a touch of humor and whala – I have pimped my blog 🙂
Watch this space for some spinning rims 🙂
Also, one thing I am really happy about is the fact that I got rid of those updates that were clogging up my home page – they are still around but on their own updates page.
Oh I also now have a “recommendations” section with little bits of info on some of my favorite books that I feel have helped change my life – check em out and hopefully they might help you make a change or two if you so desire.
