A famous NLP technique that is typically used is called Eye Accessing Cues.
By monitoring where the eyes go – we can understand how the brain is processing information differently.
The term Eye Accessing Cues refers to understanding the meaning behind where the eyes go.
Basically when we think a certain type of thought – our eyes go to a certain location which indicates the type of information that the brain is accessing.
Hence the term – Eye accessing cues (indicators of what information the mind is doing by monitoring the eyes)
Ultimately when someone is thinking they process thoughts in one of the following ways:
1. Visual Remember
2. Visual Construct
3. Auditory Remember
4. Auditory Constructed
5. Auditory digital (talking to yourself)
6. Kinesthetic
